This Agreement sets forth the terms under which organizations ("Corporate Client") may utilize FitTrack for employee wellness programs.

1. Program Scope

FitTrack grants Corporate Client a limited license to offer FitTrack Premium memberships or specific wellness challenges to its eligible employees ("Participants") as part of a corporate benefit.

2. Employee Privacy & Data Aggregation

To protect employee privacy, Corporate Client will typically receive aggregated, anonymized reports on program engagement and health trends. Corporate Client will NOT have access to individual employee health data (e.g., weight, specific medical conditions) without explicit, individual consent from the employee.

3. Voluntary Participation

Participation in the FitTrack wellness program must be voluntary for employees. Corporate Client agrees not to penalize employees for non-participation or for specific health outcomes.

4. Term & Termination

The subscription term, pricing per user, and renewal conditions are defined in the specific Order Form or Invoice associated with this Agreement.

Impact Reporting

FitTrack provides quarterly impact reports demonstrating engagement levels, challenge completions, and aggregate wellness improvements to help justify ROI.
