Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your FitTrack Premium subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle (30 days). After this period, your account will revert to the free version.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new Premium subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with FitTrack Premium for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, please contact our support team at support@fittrack.com for a full refund.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial transaction date.
Refunds are not available for monthly renewals after the initial 30-day period.
Refunds for annual subscriptions are prorated based on usage if requested after 30 days, at our discretion.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
