FitTrack enables trainers, health specialists, and other vendors to offer services and products through our platform. This Sellers' Policy outlines the rules and obligations for all sellers on FitTrack.

Seller Obligations
Accurate Representation: Sellers must accurately describe their services, qualifications, and products. Misleading claims or false credentials are strictly prohibited.
Service Delivery: Sellers are expected to deliver purchased services (e.g., training plans, consultations) in a professional and timely manner.
Compliance: Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection and professional licensing requirements.
Communication: Sellers should maintain professional and respectful communication with clients at all times.
Prohibited Items & Services

The following are strictly prohibited on FitTrack:

Illegal supplements or substances.
Medical advice without proper verification and licensing.
Guarantees of specific health outcomes that are unrealistic or scientifically unsupported.
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
Fees & Payments

FitTrack charges a platform fee on transactions processed through our system. Sellers will be informed of the fee structure upon registration. Payments are processed securely, and payouts are made according to the schedule defined in your seller agreement.

Policy Enforcement
