Tax & Compliance Disclosures
FitTrack operates globally and complies with tax regulations in the jurisdictions where we do business. This page outlines key information regarding tax reporting for earners on our platform.
1. US Tax Reporting (IRS)
For US-based trainers, influencers, and affiliates earning over $600 USD in a calendar year, FitTrack is required to file Form 1099-K or 1099-NEC with the IRS. You will be required to provide a valid W-9 form to receive payouts.
2. International Earners (Non-US)
Non-US earners are required to submit a Form W-8BEN to certify their foreign status and claim any applicable tax treaty benefits. Without a valid W-8BEN, FitTrack may be required to withhold up to 30% of your US-sourced income for tax purposes.
3. VAT & Sales Tax
FitTrack collects and remits Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), and Sales Tax on digital purchases where required by local laws. Prices displayed to customers may include these taxes based on their location.
