FitTrack is committed to protecting the privacy of children. This policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information from children under the age of 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Age Limitation
FitTrack is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use or provide any information on this Application.

Parental Rights
If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Data Collection Practices
We collect information only as necessary to provide our services. For users between 13 and 18, we recommend parental guidance and supervision when using our platform.
