These Terms govern your participation in the FitTrack Affiliate Program ("Program"). By signing up as an affiliate, influencer, or referral partner, you agree to these terms.

1. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral links or codes. Commission rates, cookie durations, and payment schedules are specified in your affiliate dashboard. FitTrack reserves the right to modify rates with notice.

2. Marketing Guidelines
Disclosure: You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., "Ad", "Sponsored", "Affiliate Link") in compliance with FTC guidelines or local laws.
Brand Safety: You agree not to associate FitTrack with offensive, illegal, or controversial content.
No Misrepresentation: You may not make false claims about FitTrack features or health benefits.
3. Prohibited Practices

Self-referrals, bidding on FitTrack branded keywords in paid search, spamming, and using cookie-stuffing techniques are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Payouts

Commissions are paid out monthly, subject to a minimum threshold. Ensure your payment details in the dashboard are up to date to avoid delays.
