1. Scope and Purpose

FitTrack processes user data to provide personalized fitness and nutrition services. This includes processing workout logs, biometric data, and dietary information.

2. Sub-processors

FitTrack engages trusted third-party service providers ("Sub-processors") to support our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics). All Sub-processors are vetted for security compliance and are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

3. Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption, pseudonymization, and regular security assessments.

4. International Transfers

If data is transferred outside of your country of residence, we ensure that appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place to protect your information.
