Ownership

All content, software, graphics, and other materials on the FitTrack platform are the exclusive property of FitTrack or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

By submitting content to FitTrack (e.g., workout plans, posts, feedback), you grant FitTrack a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the service.

License to Use

FitTrack grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.
