International Fair Pricing Policy

Our commitment to making fitness accessible globally through Purchasing Power Parity (PPP).

Our Philosophy

At FitTrack, we believe that elite fitness tools should be accessible to everyone, regardless of where they live. A dollar has different value across the world, and charging a flat US-centric rate often makes premium services unaffordable for dedicated athletes in many countries.

We adjust our Premium subscription prices based on your country's Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) to ensure equivalent affordability worldwide.
How Pricing Adjustments Work
The Calculation

We use the latest GDP per capita data (Gross Domestic Product) from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as a benchmark for economic strength.

Base Price: Set based on United States economic standards.
Adjustment Factor: Calculated by comparing your country's GDP per capita to the US baseline.
Discount Application: If your country's purchasing power is lower, we apply a discount proportional to the economic difference.
Price Cap

Prices are capped at 100% of the US base price. We never charge more than the standard rate.

Minimum Floor

To sustain operations, discounts are capped at 80% off (you pay at least 20% of the base price).

Currency

Where possible, we bill in your local currency to avoid exchange fees.

Eligibility & Verification

Fair pricing is intended for residents of the qualifying country.

Detection

We automatically detect your region based on your billing address and IP location during checkout.

Travel

If you are traveling, your pricing remains tied to your permanent residence / billing country.

VPNs

The use of VPNs to manipulate location for pricing fraud is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension.

Common Questions
Why isn't my country discounted?

Discounts are triggered only when the Purchasing Power Parity difference exceeds 5%. Countries with strong economies comparable to the US (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, Singapore) pay the standard base rate.

Do features change with the price?

No. You get the exact same Premium features regardless of the price you pay. We do not believe in restricting features based on geography.

Can I request a pricing review?

We update our GDP data annually. If you believe there is a significant discrepancy, please contact our support team, though individual exceptions are rare.
