This Agreement outlines the revenue sharing terms for Creators (trainers, nutritionists, influencers) selling digital products or services through the FitTrack Marketplace.

1. Revenue Split

Unless otherwise specified in a specific promotional offer or enterprise contract, the standard revenue split for marketplace sales is:

Creator Share: 70% of Net Revenue
FitTrack Platform Fee: 30% of Net Revenue

"Net Revenue" is defined as the gross sales price minus applicable taxes, refunds, and payment processing fees.

2. Payment Schedule

Payouts are processed monthly. Earnings from sales made in a given month are typically paid out by the 15th of the following month, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $50 USD.

3. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding revenue share previously allocated to the Creator will be deducted from future payouts. FitTrack reserves the right to issue refunds at its discretion in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Tax Responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable income taxes on their earnings. FitTrack will provide tax forms (e.g., 1099-K) where required by law.
