These terms govern your subscription to FitTrack Premium and other recurring billing services. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Auto-Renewal Policy

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The payment method on file will be charged the current rate for your plan.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or years.

3. Price Changes

FitTrack reserves the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Continued use of the service after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new price.

Free Trials

If you sign up for a free trial, you will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires.
