This Agreement governs the relationship between FitTrack ("Platform") and fitness professionals ("Trainers") utilizing the platform to provide services to clients.

1. Trainer Responsibilities

Trainers agree to provide services with professionalism and in accordance with all applicable laws and industry standards. Trainers are solely responsible for the advice, workout plans, and nutritional guidance they provide to their clients.

2. Client Data & Privacy

Trainers acknowledge that they may have access to sensitive client data. Trainers agree to maintain the confidentiality of this data and use it solely for the purpose of providing fitness coaching services, in compliance with FitTrack's Privacy Policy.

3. Independent Contractor Status

Trainers are independent contractors and not employees of FitTrack. FitTrack provides the platform for connection and management but does not control the Trainer's schedule, methods, or pricing (unless otherwise specified in specific program terms).

4. Liability Indemnity

Trainer agrees to indemnify and hold FitTrack harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the Trainer's services, including any physical injury sustained by a client following the Trainer's advice.

Professional Conduct

Trainers must maintain active certifications where required by law and adhere to the FitTrack Community Guidelines. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension.
